Rabeah Ghaffari is a writer and filmmaker/editor. As a filmmaker she has made a feature length documentary, THE TROUPE which was executive produced by Shirin Neshat. Some of her editing credits include: Zohreh Shayesteh’s INSIDE OUT (Competition Tribeca Film Festival 2006) and PICKING APPLES, DRINKING TEA and Neda Sarmast’s NOBODY’S ENEMY. Her screenplay, NEYSHAPOOR, was an official selection of the IFP/Emerging Narrative 2005. She was a Fellow of the Berlin Film Festival’s Talent Campus 2005 and the Sundance Screenwriters Lab 2006 with the Royal Film Commission of Jordan. She recently completed her first novel, CASPIAN’S SEA.
